Paul Morphy: Mozart of Chess- Part three

by on 14/03/10 at 4:00 pm

In this segment Morphy finishes his Match with Daniel Harrwitz and plays his famous Opera House game against the Duke of Brunswick and Count Isouard. Morphy receives a challenge from the fearsome Adolf Anderssen, who is, arguably, the best chessplayer in the world since he obliterated Howard Staunton at the great London 1851 Tournament. Huge Thanks to Bill Wall and Batgirl (Sarah Beth) for their amazing Morphy resources: Bill Wall Morphy biography: www.geocities.com Batgirl Morphy Index: batgirl.atspace.com
